About   Me

I'm Sarah, an ICF-accredited executive coach, experienced facilitator and consultant, with an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and a Certificate in Applied Neuroscience. I specialise in helping leaders, employees and teams thrive in today's complex and ever-changing business environment.

I developed the Playful Coach Approach in recognition that goal-focussed coaching doesn't always provide the best framework for navigating the complex challenges of today's world, where there is often no clear solution, the environment is ever-changing, and our needs within that are constantly in flux. Thankfully, we all have an in-built system designed to help us learn, adapt and grow through these challenges - our innate playfulness.

 

My unique approach draws on evidence from positive psychology, executive coaching and neuroscience, as well as my own lived experience of overcoming management burn-out. It goes beyond conventional coaching methods to help you, or your team, navigate change, explore new possibilities, build resilience, improve wellbeing and perform better as a result.
